Bookbird (ISSN 0006-7377) is published quarterly, at the beginning of January, April, July and October. (Issues may occasionally be published early to mark particular occasions.)

Annual subscriptions can start at any time of the year, and you will receive the current issue and the next three, after which you will be asked to renew your subscription.

Rates (including postage and Canadian sales tax - GST)

NB: Subscriptions can only be paid in US dollars. The postal rates from the USA have risen in September 2009 giving the following adjusted subscription rates.

Individual Subscription
