Congresso Lectura 2007

The Cuban National Section held its biennial Congress "Reading 2007. To Read the 21st Century for Human Improvement" in Havana 23-27 October 2007. The Congress was co-organized by the IBBY sections of Brazil, Canada and Colombia and Mirta Aguirre, the Congress 2007 commemorated the 155th anniversary of Jose Marti, the bicentinnial of Benito Juarez and the centinnial of Astrid Lindgren.
